WELLS FARGO Loses All Of Retired Couple's Possessions After Mistakenly Foreclosing Home

TWENTYNINE PALMS (CBSLA.com) —  The owners of a modest home near Twentynine Palms lost their cherished possessions after a bank mistakenly foreclosed their residence.

A crew broke into Alvin and Pat Tjosaas’ desert home and took everything after being directed by Wells Fargo to secure the structure.

The couple, however, didn’t have a mortgage on the home.

Alvin said the deputy sheriff said, “Good news, we know who took (your possessions)…Wells Fargo. Bad news, your stuff is all gone.”

All the married couple has now are three generations of memories.

Living in Irish republic and I have been pointing this and lots of other crimes out to many people and all I can say is that everyone is braindead.Their laughing at me when I tell them whats happening. It looks to me like the game is nearly over and we are going to lose because everyone in the western world is selfish, and they dont want to know unless its happening to them, then they want everyone to help them.
Divide and conquer is working for the elite because people are too stupid to see.I personally am sick of being ridiculed for pointing out the obvious.
PLEASE WAKE UP.

Accountability is nonexistent and white collar crime is rising due to that lack.  They can get away with anything as long as they don't outright kill anyone.  No message will be sent as long as we the people stay disconnected from the process.  Only by being involved in mass can we make a difference.  When money rules people lose.

I have a great solution. Back a  truck up to the home of the Wells Fargo President and let that couple help themselves.

I 2nd that emotion ;)

The Tjosaas should file criminal and civil liability charges against Wells Fargo AND all of those individuals who carried out these illegal actions prior to and following the poperty being broken into.

Raymond, the blunt fact is that most folks in Eire, the UK and pretty much everywhere else) ARE braindead.

They don't give a shit about what is going on around them, and are quite happy with the status quo.

Even those who have an inkling stick their fingers in their ears while humming 'lalalala'.

You can tell that you're rattling cages, when people you've known for a long time verbally or physically react in anger, towards you, when you lay down a few irrefutable facts that shatter their illusion of reality.

I've given up trying to wake people up, because I now feel it is a waste of time.

Those that will awaken, have; we're now seeing the very last of those leaving the slumber.

The rest will stay as they are, and no amount of evidence will convince them otherwise.

If people cannot honestly see that everything going on in the world is twisted and very wrong, they NEVER will.

Focus your energy on yourself, and those who have awoken.

Namaste.

This will stop when the perpetrators of these fiascos start going to prison. The theft is well over the felony level and should be treated as such. That, plus a huge civil settlement. There is no way to replace precious family mementos, but an extrememly large amount of money from Wells Fargo would be a good start.

Agreed.  This is definitely CRIMINAL.

I no longer believe that people are asleep and need to wake up.  I see it as Willful Ignorance.  The poor couple will be given money as long as they sign something saying Wells Fargo did nothing wrong. Ain't that a kick in the pants.

What is worse, the break in or the Wells Fargo mistake or the reality that all there property is gone? How do you fix this? Compensation will come, but cherished personal property is gone for ever.

If people cared they would cancel their Wells Fargo accounts en masse

agree 100 %

furthermore, people from all walks of life should completely ostracize all Big bank employees, regardless of rank see

I whole-heartedly agree Maria.
