Where we are is faster justice. A man took two flashing batteries in the market. Five (5) men Dealt with him. One lifted each arm and leg and began banging him down on the top rail of the bus stop, and the 5th man, Oh yes, him. He stood behind and repeatedly kicked up into the groin area. A different kind of Shock from two batteries. Below is a fellow that was handing around a school too many afternoons.
