The F-35 is descended from the X-35, the product of the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program. It is being designed and built by an aerospace industry team led by Lockheed Martin. The F-35 took its first flight on 15 December 2006. The United States plans to buy 2,443 aircraft. The F-35 variants are intended to provide the bulk of its tactical airpower for the U.S. Air Force, Marine Corps and Navy over the coming decades.

Too complicated. Still full of flaws and the biggest fiasco in history?

  While ancient Persians were developing astronomy, geometry, principals of engineering and higher mathematics, and great works in architecture, most Germanics and such draped bloody animals over their heads to keep warm and threw their scat at each other for entertainment and identification. I see we have some 'conservative' critics of Iran, a nation which has not invaded outside their present borders in over 300 years. Such name calling(scat throwing or poop flinging) should be rewarded by the scraping of Ivory soap on the cur's teeth, and a lifetime of 'NO TELEVISION'.

First the US "globalists" developed nuclear bombs that was used to target civilians. Then the Soviet "globalists" developed nuclear bombs (the Germans had that technology), followed by British and French "globalists". Then the same decided they should have monopoly on nuclear bombs. Funny.
