This is the journalist who revealed the name of the shooter on Twitter. She claims she received these photos from an law enforcement official. It's 2019 and nearly every camera in the world is equipped with taking photos and videos in high definition, but the officer sends her a photo of the shooter that looks like this?
Also, there are like five or six different photos, and some look a little bit closer to the mugshot photo but not exactly. I don't think it's sloppy by accident; I think it's intentional so they can see whose noticing and talking about it.
