Greenville, SC – Five hundred freedom loving South Carolinian's turned out to support H 3101 and S 102, Rep Bill Chumley’s and Sen. Bright’s bills respectively to prevent the implementation of Obamacare in South Carolina through nullification on January 8 at 10AM on the front steps of the State House in Columbia, SC. This was the first day the state legislature re-opened for the 2013 session.
The video below shows some of the rally and rousing approval from the crowd for the speakers words including those of the bills’ sponsors.
As Senator Tom Davis of Beaufort County, explains in the video, the South Carolina state legislature is no stranger to nullification of unconstitutional federal laws as it was one of 15 states that nullified the Real ID Act of 2005 http://www.realnightmare.org/
