Susie, Every operating systen has at least one program you can use and its free. Its called 'Paint.exe' and very easy to use.

Find a photo you like, copy it to your... anywere u like.. using ..'save image as'... found under right click on the photo...

Go to the file You saved it in and find it, and when u do (find it) call it up and right click on it and it with 'Paint'....

'Paint' the program, will allow u to perminately to do a whole lot to the image and when finished you can save it under a new name to preserve the original named image, or just save it... as u prefer.

So, here is an example.

                                                 = Image from a YouTube video..... =

From a video about many of the the mysterious deaths after 911...

Original image was 'ScreenShot' from a video and with the use of the Program 'Paint.exe' and the white warning text (my warning to the world) was incerted and the image was saved back into the file under a new name. It took all of two minutes. it took 5 minutes to even find a suitable image in my archives.

Microsolf's 'Paint.exe' is free with all "Windows" operating systems.  The program 'ScreenShot' is free also. Just use "Google" to find it and upload it to your PC.

GIMP is a free and open source app for both PC and Mac OSX.
