Yep. Since 2007 they've been putting band-aids on a terminal patient. The last opportunity to have turned this wreck around past us by 13 yrs ago. The repeal of Glass-Steagall (govt started weakening it back in the 60's) was the death knell no one heard. Even if G-S had not been repealed the system we have would've failed without drastic alterations, like ending monopolized central banking, but the GLB Act was the proverbial 'straw' that broke the camel's back and led to the meltdown we see now.
