Underground Facilities, Underground Bases. Just what are they and what are they doing in them?
There is much speculation about them. Some are claiming they are UFO facilities, some say there underground prisons being set up or detainment centers, and some say there just your run of the mill Military bases.

They have been around for years in some countries, some claim they have been in constant construction all throughout the underground and inter connecting all across America.
