Wow, the man is clearly a war criminal of the highest order. Of course he has shelter in the "speech and debate clause" but should he step outside of State Dept. protection while abroad, he's liable for arrest for fomenting wars of aggression. Remember: Nuremberg nooses for NeoCons.
