WHO IS AT THE TOP, i am not able to say from what i see and hear. But i 'hold it in my lap' till more info is disclosed and can bring me to see correctly. ULTIMATELY, THE ''FAULTS'' (as with earthquakes) are INSIDE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US, IN OUR MINDS, HEARTS, SOULS, BODIES. Each one of us is a full universe needing to be fixed.
