Plain as day, he let him die. It won't bring him back, but I hope the family wins their lawsuit. The cop should stand trial, get convicted, quickly sent to prison and become big Bubba's playmate.

They are not real cops, but hired thugs to do the work of the police!  The dark cabal do not want free-thinking police men that uphold the moto "To Protect and Serve".   It should also state whom they protect and Serve, which has to be the People!
