Oct. 14, a 9-page document with the topic Re: Investigation of University of Pennsylvania and the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement for Failing to Disclose Anonymous Gifts and Contracts from China in violation of Section 117 of the Higher Education Act and Referral to the Department of Justice for Enforcement Action and Payment of Investigation Costs was released online. 

Mr. Miles Guo commented on this document on Getter, saying this allegedly shows the relationship between the Biden Family and Communist China’s companies, including Hainan Airlines Holding Co., Ltd. and Bohai Capital Holding Co.,Ltd.. But is that all? Merely some tens of millions of dollars shown here?
