SEC folks could justify it. Their job is to monitor people getting screwed. This was more like training exercises to keep their skills up.

I am guilty. I used to listen to Alex Jones on U.S. Government computers at work and everyone around me had to listen as well cause I turned it up loud, funny nobody ever complained.
