well I mean as to what i said above that Obama instantly becomes ineligible and if what you say is true the speaker of the house? becomes pres? Pelosi lol I mean it all goes down hill from the start of the thought process.

Listening to Tarpley and Berg, I understand that the entire presidential election ticket for '08 ran by the Democratic party is or will be held responsible for promoting a fraudulent candidate. You see, Biden would not be VP either if the ticket were found fraudulent. Cabinet appointees would no longer be appointees. Laws signed by the usurper would be would not be laws. etc, etc.
Dispersing US treasury funds worldwide may be found as treasonous. Fraudulently directing the US Military in new escalations may also smack of treason.
Pelosi is also under a lot of scrutiny. Maybe a special election, ie; recall in California when Arno came to power.
I have to look beyond the filed cover sheet. I have some reading to do.

yea its a grand jury paper doesn't mean all that much until I see someone who represents Obama in a court because it went forward. Until then its a nice piece of paper...

Treason will never stick ... Fraud might depending how they push it. Honestly if theres a question of his eligibility and he doesn't prove his status, he instantly relinquishes his position per the constitution and its as he was never president and the vice pres becomes pres, meaning Joe Biden is the pres right now officially.

Its simple this country was taken over a long time ago and its just becoming obvious now to anyone who looks.
