Report identifies most 'hackable' and least vulnerable vehicles
GasBuddy Blog -- By now you heard about hackers being able to take over control of a vehicle... it happened in July on I-64 in St. Louis when hackers, in a planned demonstration took over control of a Jeep Cherokee and safely drove it off the road.
Now, analysts from PT&CLWG Forensic Consulting have identified the most 'hackable' vehicles... and the least hackable. Is that a new criteria you'd weigh when considering a new vehicle purchase?
They say the 2014 Dodge SRT Viper and the 2014 Honda Accord are the vehicles least vulnerable to hacking. Wait 'til you see the easiest cars to crack... ...
