From David W – Today I went to my local member’s office and spoke with a middle aged lady name Jenny.  Jenny,  like many of the staff have some knowledge but will tell you  it is not relevant as such. They do not understand what a My Will letter is.  So teach them it is a direction or command for the local MP as I am an elector / constituent of …………………… The staff may ask “how does this issue relate to you”, then you can tell how it is related to you or a group.  But for this issue as I said to Jenny, that Fines breach the legislative power of the Federal parliament, and legislative change is required to remove all fines allowing any officer to issue a punishment, as a fine is a punishment that only a court of law has the power to do.

They may even say this is for the courts or for the Attorney General which is partly correct, but you say that we require legislative change as it will take a while in the courts and they may say like Jenny did. but the Labour Party don’t have the majority, the Liberal party do, so you should contact all local Liberal members of Parliament.   I said – yes all 151 House of Representatives and 76 Senators and the president will be getting the same MY WILL Letter.  and write on the top of it that a My Will letter is a direction for my Local MP to act on.
