Since I posted this, have got a greater number of papers on Vit D. These are direct from peer reviewed journals..
Deficiency is rife in the northern hemisphere

Hey KLC this is only an introduction to Vit D a recommended daily intake is 4,000 iu of vit D3.. not from fish. If you want a lot more links and papers msg me... but this for the woman in prison she can reverse what is happening by following the guidelines within the research.. I dont know how to get this to her husband or her... this info could calm her thyroid down
