Everytime these investigations threaten the elite, they will be blocked or stopped from within - or suitable scapegoats will be found (preferably ones who are famous, and whose exposure can be used to sate the masses as a distractive safety valve, helps to shatter the belief that 'things were better in the past' of the older generaion and ultimately is used to promote further increase in policing - via the 'law enforcement and revenue collection by any means' entertainment genre.

I wonder when the police raid the entire BBC HQ and it's former workers to get to the entire extent of molestation and abuse. When hundreds of people report of workers who knew what was going on and that Savile was far from the only one at BBC who was a sexual predator.
