This guy is letting them walk all over him. He needs a much better lawyer, which wouldn't take much. After that, for starters, I'd get my own drones, and rain a mixture of rotten milk and limburger cheese on their cars and front door, late at night, every night. I would also sue them for whatever I could, in a different court if possible. I would also go after the judge. See if he can put a lien on the judge's house, etc. See if he can get the judge un-elected or un-appointed next time around, along with any govt official who sides with the Hayashis. Form a citizen's organization to counter this type of abuse. Run for office yourself.

Are these people and the judge looking to get him to vacate his property? Are they just nuts?
