If you are a billionaire former Goldman Sachs CEO, ex-governor, and one of Obama’s biggest donors and steal $1.2 billion directly from the accounts of your customers and cover-up that theft, then you are not a criminal.

Filing charges only fills the judges pockets with stolen money.  Everything in government is for hire for a price. Government gives whores a bad name.  You will never find justice in a court of law.

 

We need and require a return to common law, which simply states, "Nothing is illegal unless you harm person, property, or rights of another, restitution to the harmed party, not the state unless a capital offense." Hinge all laws off this basic tenant and we could have a return to justice.

 

All courts are designed to intimidate, which is why judges sit upon a throne of wood.

Just like victims of Enron got screwed, after they "paid in" their entire lives.... They are criminals.... Charges should be filed....
