The one I used was Robert Kelly of The American's Bulletin. He's the one that wrote The Redemption Manual 4 (4.5). But I guess he's too old now to do anything.

Well, I did peruse the site without joining and I guess it has mostly to do with Doug Riddle. They seem to be having a horrible time withA4V.

This one http://www.commercialredemption.com/resources.html pushes Winston Shrout.

Both have had some success but I think it's Doug who has spent more time in jail more often than Shrout. It's very hard to find the correct information. I guess defacto keeps on changing things around as soon  as we find something that works. That and just plain acting dishonorably towards us. When the gurus stop charging 1,000's of $'s for a seminar that might or might not have usable information, I'll be more willing to follow what they say. But, again, it's all theory. The gurus seem to be in agreement about most things. I see Riddle is still sticking to A4v instead of pursuing EFT which seems to be actually working. I did A4V's for a full year and it seems that the only way to enforce them is to file an International Tort Claim. I started studying that but got lost and confused.

I had one success with A4V. That was a $2800.00 hospital/doctor bill in 2010.

Too bad about reclaimyoursecurities. I just got rid of all my yahoo crap a couple months ago. I see I'll have to start all the yahoo garbage over again. Yahoo had no way of shutting out all the additional garbage and my computer was janned full of crap. I don't know why these sites and groups can't exist without all of the garbage. But I'm interested in what reclaim might have. I'll see if I can join without yahoo wiping out my hotmail system, which doesn't flood me with tons of garbage.

Excellent! I didn't realize that Dean was getting so popular. Though I shouldn't be surprised. What he has figured out is stupendous. Same with SW.

@ Troy---Yeah, if everyone did it, THEY wouldn't be getting any more income tax money, at the least. That's the easy one. The rest can be more difficult.

@ Kidney---I agree, Dean's great. I believe I've watched everything he's put out. At least twice. Druanna seems to have a different view of things and different paperwork to accompany it. She's also on SW but not participating much anymore, if at all. I haven't been to reclaimyoursecurites, but I'll have to take a look. Anything helps. I'll search for the majic bullet 'till I'm dead. Kidney, you an SPC too?

Yup, I took it the good way. There has been a fair amount of successes exposing the "judges" for what they really are. Public Trustees. Title 42 lawsuits into Fed Court are also working. BUT, apparently, we have to be "purified by fire". I've been stepping around in the fire for a few months. They're being very careful with me. They're bringing in a sniper judge from another county.Someday I hope to get through the fire and out the other side where they will leave me alone. It has been done. It's just that it can be tuff to get 'r done. It sounds like you've been in the fire a few times.

You're right. No silver bullet, no magical umbrella. Applying the theory can get rather hair-raising at times. Best wishes and confidence  to all who are applying the theory.

And many are not in jail. Personal Knowledge. Because of Corp US not adhering to law, and many times breaking their own statutes, it can be difficult to deal with the courts. There are many ways that they can "get ya". I think the term "sovereign citizen" is an oxymoron. I rarely use that term. I suppose my usual classification would be "non-taxpayer".

Like I said before, it was proved to me. I didn't prod or say anything to the director. She said it. The IRS has my status also. They HAVE contacted me. I wrote back. I have not received anything since. If they can prove I am liable for some kind of tax, then it would have to be discharged, or set-off, according to Public Policy, through my Exemption #.   And the contact with the IRS was not related to my UCC-1.  If you want to watch/listen to someone  who does all this without invoking the UCC I'd recommend Dean Clifford, out of Canada.

Yup, I'm considered a Sovereign(with no subjects). Yes, I recorded/filed all the required docs to get out of the system. And yes, I have had success. The main one being: I took a copy of my original UCC-1, recorded in Washington state, in to my employer. I stayed absolutely silent. The lower level HR employee said he knew nothing about this type of document and suggested we go see the HR Director.

We went into her office and he handed the UCC-1 to the director. I still stayed silent. Then, to my amazement, she told the lower level guy that I'm tax exempt and he should contact payroll and get it taken care of. She didn't even "study" the doc. She was obviously educated in this matter. It must be some kind of secret until you get into the higher level of the HR department.

I paid $700.00 to The American's Bulletin to type up my paperwork. They did a wonderful job. I don't know if they still do it. The head guy is getting kinda old. But I did find another site that will do the docs here: http://www.commercialredemption.com/resources.html

You can always do it yourself if you are confident enough. When I had mine done I had just started waking up and didn't have the knowledge or confidence to do it myself. I've also joined this site:
