BTY, if dash cam was not working where did they get the details of how many times (56) Robert was told to stop resisting or how many times the fat cop told him to put his hands behind his back (14) or the number of time (3) Robert was told he was under arrest and then shot Robert AT CLOSE RANGE - nearly point blank with most likely a .40 cal or maybe a 9mm (5 times).  On close range .40 cal will put anyone on the ground.  But then there would be a witness - the victim.  The jurisdictional problem Michael mentioned,  I will look that case up and read the decision.  I am become fearful of posting my true feelings on blogs.  I am not going to shoot anyone or blow anything up, not my style.  We all need to use the ballot box!

Dash cam mount broken - HA!  What a joke.  What the fat cop couldn't handle a 24 year old drunk college kid?  How about OC spray or Taser?  Were they broken too?  there are way way too many officer involved shootings anymore.  A small percentage have be unavoidable but this one........?  We are slowly becoming a police state.  What did Obama promise?  Was it something about not taking our handguns away, not taking our AR15's away.  Well, better hide em all right now.  It's on the way!

Does a Campus Police officer have jurisdiction OFF the campus? That is an important question. The public are obliged to obey the orders of the police ONLY when the police themselves are in compliance with the law. The United States Supreme Court ruled in John Bad Elk vs United States that when the police are themselves in breach of the law citizens have a right to resist the police, up to and including the use of lethal force.

No dashcam footage of the honor student who was just gunned down by Campus police in TX. Police spokesman said the "officer told him to quit resisting 56 times."

Are we to believe he counted them out? Cover-up in full effect.
