A bit of backstory: A friend of a friend of a friend caught this footage on their CCTV camera. It's real, certainly not staged or a prank. This woman needs to be identified as she is seriously sick in the head.
The person who recorded this leaves this message: "This footage is taken outside the Sacred Heart School in Coventry... We dont know who this woman is... But if anyone knows, please let us know so we can report her.... Thanks"

Eep - this is near me. Coventry is up in arms about it and I doubt that this woman will remain anonymous for long. Speaking of anonymous - I feel a strange foreboding that the attention of /b/ might be focussed somewhere near where I live. Like the Eye of Sauron or something. /shudder.
Oh yes, the cat was stuck in there for 15 hours before being rescued and is apparently ok.
Edit/update: OK, the latest local gossip about this. It turns out that the people who recorded the video are friends of my wife's friend. They've been involved in an epic facebook discussion about this and my wife can view that thread. The hot topic in that location for a number of months is the disturbing number of pet cats that have been killed. Now, there's no proof that this woman is responsible for any of that but it's obv. very important that she is tracked down and questioned soon.
update2: The owners have started a facebook group - here. No apologies for the spelling on there - these people are from Coventry after all.
update3: Just in case anyone needs proof that the cat is ok pic here. It appears that the photographer thought it would be nice to put the poor cat back on the wheelie-bin it was trapped in for 15 hours.
