I believe this is a world wide "health care plan" enacted by the "elites" for thinning out our numbers and it has been in place for quite a while. Wikileaks published some secret documents some time ago that revealed our Government here in Australia was reducing medical graduation placements by 20% at a time when placements were not even meeting existing demands. I have recently had first hand observations within hospital systems over a prolonged period and it would seem that is definitely official policy now to not "waste" money with health intervention procedures, because you know, the patients will probably just end up dying one day anyway.
