I don't know where they are going, maybe a military base. I do know that we saw hundreds of the same vehicles on the trains, sitting on the tracks in Beaumont, Texas. We have the 3rd largest port in the US. We have military ships in and out of the port all the time. They ship most of the military equipment to Iraq and back. Since they are demilitarizing Iraq, it could be some of the same vehicles. I suppose it could be more than what it appears, but since we see it lots of times, we haven't worried. The most frequent ships are the Victor , Vincent and Victory. When we had a terrible hurricane several years ago, the city emergency vehicles were loaded on the ship, out of harm's way. They may be headed to Fort Bragg, or another base, to be refitted or repaired. It could be perfectly legit.
