He hit the Nail on the head with that comment. In a news report in Canada it was reported that the C.I.A. (undercover) were involved in getting the false documents to terrorists, in to Montreal and down into the U.S.A. and then they were trained them how to fly airplanes. Why would the C.I.A. go undercover in the first place. Isn't there guys to do just that (without issuing fake I.D.'s)?? Then the Canadians were blamed for letting the Terrorists into Canada.
