Israel doesn't have a constitution. The govt can do whatever it wants.

Even if the "public domain" is privately-owned, they don't have a right to censor. This was verified in a Supreme Court decision that David Knight brings up frequently. It is very interesting that Trump hasn't done jack about his beloved fans being censored. They don't want to hear this, by the way, they'll just cheer louder. A few tweets is not action.  The lesser-known provision of the 5th amendment, that one will not be denied "liberty" (travel) without due process, was toast shortly after Katrina, when a federal judge deemed that inter-state travel was not a right. The 4th amendment was voided hen they determined police could search your home if there was a dangerous person in the area (so they can violate the 4th amendment if they do it a lot in one area). I've had police pull that one on me.
