The organization (formerly known as P.R.I.S.M., the NYC Preparedness Network, and the International Self-Reliance and Preparedness Network) was co-founded in 1989 by Edwards along with a group of his friends and associates. The I.P.N. was created to train civilians in the greater New York and tri-state area to mitigate against, respond to and recover from natural, technological, environmental, civil, cyber disasters, global geophysical events,pandemics similar to the 1918 "Spanish Flu" and other pending crises such as nuclear, biological and chemical terrorism.

Saw this a few years ago,I was in awe at the amount of information gathered on people behind their backs.
Hell Yeah ! What a great Show! But I do think after watching it , that is a lot easier and cost less money to simply get the hell out of The US and move to Costa Rica, or some Caribbean or pacific island as far away as possible from the new United Fascist States of America as possible.
Petition the COURT for a legal name change? Are you kidding me? To do that you have to provide proof of who you are before you can become who you want to be. The NSA can't find that?!!? Are you serious?
I would love to start over... ID and a new body! :) meaning a healthier one from the beginning. I admire those who can live this way...
Just upgrading from my comment from yesterday. Research shows that this entire video was rendered moot when the man said to petition the court for a legal name change. If you are trying to come off the grid, you just petitioned the government for permission to leave the grid as who you are and told them who you will reappear as. You are acting all secret agent man for nothing!
