Just so many things going on. In family and in my State Police family we have been dealing with, what seems like, more departures than I can remember.

I was sitting at a fixed post today and I was reading a book and I came across a passage that really hit me and I thought you might find it interesting.

Amen! Thats my outlook on dying. My life is not my own, his business what he chooses to do with me. Thats why I have hope, this is not the place I am headed to, its just the train station on the way to where I' going.

i don't know why? think about it, When we die,have not we fulfilled our purpose here. Now we get to live in peace and harmony, vist our kids and grand kids who have gone before us, dear friends who will soon be there
if not waiting. No, pray for those who get left behind! they need the support.
Besides i'm stuborn old coot, and he'll probably keep me down here as long as he can. Just so he has peace! lol
