This video really flew under my radar for some reason? It was a great video, the best Peter has put out yet. I'm sure he's going to win an award with it ... that is if we where in a sane world.
There are issues I disagree with in this video one being peak oil. From what I've heard we have much more oil sitting untouched here in America than in all of the middle east combined. At the end of the movie it almost paint a rosy picture where the exact opposite is true, things are going to be extremely bad when this system collapses. By their own admissions this boom from oil and this exploitation based 1% owning the majority of the world is going to cause a correction the likes we've never seen. that pile of money in the end of the video will more realistically be a pile of bodys do to starvation mostly. We don't have a population that could ease into a Venus type system right now, maybe the Japanese could pull it off on their Island but not here.
Theres a lot to debate in this movie and I'm shocked no ones talking about it here???
