This man has clearly lost his mind, as demonstrated on the floor of the UN General Assembly on 9/27/12. I can only imagine what his bosses had to say after this stunning sophomoric performance.
And btw, "CFR" (for Council on Foreign Relations) should stand for "Criminals Foisting Respectability."
