Thank's. In my further try to explain the reasons of incapability of enabling being/living/TO BE, to others, or as You say "Mental and (not or) Spiritual Malfunctioning" of people (not only State leaders and politician as they have gone to extreme) I have posted texts what about the Bible tells. So here You are:

INFLUENCE OF SIN ON CAPABILITY TO ENABLE OTHERS TO BE
Matthew 18:9 And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into the hell of fire.
1 John 3:4 Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness.
Matthew 6:13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
John 3:3 Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
Matthew 18:8 And if your hand or your foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life crippled or lame than with two hands or two feet to be thrown into the eternal fire.
Ezekiel 18:20 The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not suffer for the iniquity of the father, nor the father suffer for the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.

Thank's for comment. 

My new theme is: REASONS OF COMPLETE DISCONNECTION FROM EVERYTHING BUT CORRUPTION AND TREASON, as a result of desfunction - malfunction among thoughts energy quantum of positive manner v.v. negative one. The reason becomes a product of sins being made in the present and past, which transfer from generation to generation, rising incapability to enable living to others, caused, and being demonstrated in in own security to be able to create one self, risign greedy, dishonesty and hypocrisy.
