July 18, 1941: Military parade on the Champs Elysees of the different bodies of the German army stationed in Paris. General Ernst von Schaumburg, Military Governor of Paris attended the parade, on horseback, inspecting his troops. Parisians gathered on the sidewalks of the Champs Elysees to see the parade.
