Man with guns, explosive devices arrested in Seattle 05 Jul 2013 Law enforcement is investigating a Nevada man who was driving a stolen pickup truck that contained a cache of dangerous weapons. The man, who was arrested Wednesday night near the University of Washington in Seattle, had a stolen scoped rifle, a stolen shotgun, explosive devices and body armor in his possession.
