Small Arms fire...I've never had to (it's a rather SHORT life expectancy)....but I still remember how.... Any combat or "infantry" vet can teach it.... Again...it's a rather short lifespan but if you're getting shot at anyway.....

Shooting from a helicopter is indeed war! When they allowed drones to have rubber bullets (yeah, right), it added to the militarization of the police. Shooting from a copter shows they will also be our judge and jury. And executioner.
