Mr Wood probably thought he could get away with this outrage perched up high in his ministerial seat of power. But alas he has No power to instruct an employer to act unlawfully in breach of fundamental employment legislation. He better damn hope that he and the employers he deceived do not receive Personal Grievances taken out on them to their own detriment. Any citizen, permanent resident, or others that apply and attain employment on national territory is covered by the act. So, clown minister wood needs to seek advice First before spouting off his own bias statements to bias reporters who then publish them in their bias newspapers turning basic work rights into a circus making employees upset and employee support persons angry. To him I say read it and weep Loser. I think this should do it.
