Whoever made this video is a bit paranoid. They are just actors acting out a scene where Jerry is clearly disturbed.
Unless the powers that be really want to do something on that day and connect it to this movie -- idk sounds far fetched to me.
Julia Roberts and Mel are both good people, Roberts is an angel in real life and Mel has been knockin' the NWO since forever.
