6.4 quake hits off east coast of Japan: USGS

TOKYO, Japan (AFP) - A 6.4-magnitude undersea earthquake on Monday jolted the sea area off the east coast of Honshu, the main island of Japan, US seismologists said, but no tsunami alert was issued.
The US Geological Survey said the quake had a depth of 31 kilometres (20 miles) and hit at 5:32am (2032 GMT Sunday) some 140 kilometres east of the city of Sendai.
In March last year a 9.0-magnitude undersea earthquake off Japan's northeast coast triggered a monster tsunami, leaving about 19,000 people dead or missing and crippling the Fukushima nuclear power plant.

Sounds like HAARP doesn't like the Japanese again.
Okay, let's assume for a moment that these disasters are not man-made. Really? Compare the frequence and types of these disasters with 100 years ago or even 40 years ago as a "control group". Last I checked, God loves the Japanese people as much as he loves the rest of us-- what are the odds that these "frequency elevated" disasters are NOT man-made?None.
