Wiki Weapon: Texas Co. May Offer Plans for Printing Guns at Home

A “little piece of paper” is all that prevents the printing of firearms at home using 3D printers.

That was the comment made by Cody Wilson, co-founder of a company that will soon offer customers plans for printing the plastic guns in the privacy of their own homes.

Texas-based Defense Distributed has already finished three downloadable designs of plastic guns that can be printed using the new 3D technology. The company calls the new technologically tooled guns the “Wiki Weapon.”

The Tenth Amendment Center (TAC) reports that “last week, the Allegan County, Michigan. Board of Commissioners passed a resolution opposing federal kidnapping powers.”

The powers referred to in the TAC article are those included in relevant provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) signed into law on December 31, 2011 by President Barack Obama.

Section 1021 of that act authorizes the president to send the armed forces to indefinitely detain:

a person who was a part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners, including any person who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces.

Despite an attempt by Congressman Justin Amash (R-Mich.) to remove ..., the indefinite detention provisions remain intact in the 2013 version of the bill.

Allegan County’s resolution rejects these pernicious provisions. The resolution reads:

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Allegan County Board of Commissioners condemns in no uncertain terms Sections 1021 and 1022 of the 2012 NDAA as they purport to:

1)  Repeal Posse Comitatus and authorize the President of the United States to utilize the Armed Forces of the United States to police the United States of America,

2)  Indefinitely detain persons captured within the United States of America without charge until the end of hostilities as purportedly authorized by the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force,

3)  Subject persons captured within the United States of America to military tribunals, and

4)  Transfer persons captured within the United States of America to a foreign country or foreign entity

TAC reports that “the resolution overwhelmingly passed 8-3.”

Ray McBerry's Legislative Plan to Enforce State Sovereignty

Ray McBerry is a candidate for governor of Georgia in 2010. The more I hear from him, the more I see the likeness of Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, etc. After seeing the launch of his new legislative plan to restore state sovereignty, I know that he is exactly the type of candidate he appears to be: a man who is willing to actually fight Washington D.C. head-on. And by 'fight,' I don't mean writing some angry letters to the president or sending out some press releases; I mean that he will actively resist and undermine unconstitutional federal laws and policies.

Go to http://www.georgiafirst.o... and read about his legislative plan. He is releasing it incrementally; there are 8 bills total and he has posted 2 thus far at http://www.georgiafirst.o...

The State Authority and Federal Tax Fund Act will require that all federal tax collection on the people be first filtered thru the state government, which will check the tax for constitutionality and block the collection of any that fail the constitutional test.

http://www.youtube.com/wa...

Even more amazing, the State Authority and Anti-Racketeering Act --- which reads like it is based on Jefferson's Kentucky Resolutions of 1798; see http://www.princeton.edu/... --- provides for felony racketeering penalties against any federal official (presumably even federal judges, because the bill specifically refers to "judicial officer[s]") who tries to enforce any federal law in state territory other than for those select few crimes and powers explicitly enumerated in the Constitution.

And there's 6 more pieces of legislation set to be released on top of these! And according to the first link, these bills already have sponsors in the Georgia legislature. This is especially interesting in light of the fact that the Georgia Senate passed a resolution several months ago that explicitly discusses the possibility of secession; see http://www.tenthamendment...

McBerry is currently behind in the polls but I believe he said that he has the largest grassroots organization of any gubernatorial candidate. The primary is still quite some time away, so McBerry may well be able to win this. The theoretical potential for having a governor like McBerry and a legislature willing to consider and perhaps even pass the aforementioned types of laws is a development of epic proportions, and is precisely what we need across the country in order to win back our republic.

We can't afford to not take McBerry's campaign seriously. As much as I am excited about and supporting the Congressional campaigns, gubernatorial campaigns like this one are exponentially more important than any race for House or Senate possibly could be. See what Dr. Chuck Baldwin had to say along these lines back in March: http://www.chuckbaldwinli...

Please do all you can to support McBerry's campaign, such as:

1. Subscribe to his YouTube channel and rate/favorite/share the videos: http://www.youtube.com/us...

2. Follow and promote him on Twitter: http://twitter.com/georgi...

3. Connect with his Facebook pages: http://www.facebook.com/g... and http://www.facebook.com/p...

4. Join his supporter list: http://www.georgiafirst.o...

5. If you live in Georgia, volunteer. If you know anyone in Georgia, tell them about McBerry.

6. Donate to his campaign. In fact, a McBerry money bomb would be highly appropriate and is certainly needed. Whoever has experience in planning one, please consider contacting the campaign at http://georgiafirst.org/g...

His main campaign website is http://georgiafirst.org/g...

Let's let the people of Georgia and all the United States know about Ray McBerry and his legislative plan to restore our constitutional republic!
