These users of radio communications that use encryption such as TETRA and ACPO 25
are the main ones that abuse the public. It seems that everything they say over the radio
is something offending to the public. Encryption is the evil mode for to enter police brutality. Everyone with a radio has every right to see what is going on with the police, fire, and rescue. Scanners are a way to better prepare you and to stay safe away from the crime scene. Radio codes and signals are the best for communication. Encryption is nothing more than shielding information that the public can use in a event of an emergency. If there was a tragic event then we need to know what to do by listening to the police and their work.

TETRA communications in Europe is a way for the "bobby" police to get away with their
police brutality. If the communications was available for the public to listen to then the
crime rate would not be as high. ACPO 25 communications is supposed to be a project
that is under construction, but it seems every police officer knows how to use the encryption feature on the radios to start the police brutality.
