Report: Obama Administration Gearing Up to Produce Millions of Immigration Documents

Breitbart reports that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) issued a draft solicitation for bids “to support possible future immigration reform initiative requirements.” The October 6 notice seeks vendors able to produce at least four million immigration-related cards per year, with a possible “surge” in 2016 of 5 million additional cards.

The agency is seeking vendors that can produce both Permanent Residency Cards (green cards) and Employment Authorization Documentation (work permit) cards. The solicitation does not indicate the numbers needed for each card but the total contract seeks 34 million cards.

Breitbart quotes the Center for Immigration Studies’ Jessica Vaughan as saying that the solicitation “seems to indicate that the president is contemplating an enormous executive action that is even more expansive than the plan that Congress rejected in the 'Gang of Eight' bill.”

Federal agencies have been known to plan for contingencies, so the solicitation does not guarantee the Administration will follow through and purchase the cards. But a solicitation in January of this year seeking escorts for 65,000 unaccompanied alien children well predicted actual needs.

If the solicitation had been issued last year, one could conclude that it was preparation for implementing the so-called comprehensive immigration reform that most anticipated. But the passage of any immigration legislation in the short-term seems unlikely so Breitbart says the solicitation gives “additional credence to the possibility the move is in preparation for an executive amnesty by Obama.”

Obama is importing his Democrat (Communist) voter platform by flooding American with immigrants. Just like the "Open Border" with the ongoing flood of diseased Central Americans/Mexicans flooding America and MS 13 drug cartel criminals. We don't have jobs for Americans right now. This is another one of Obama's many plans to destroy America.

Obama Orders Up to 34 Million Work Permits for Illegal Aliens

As Obama promised, he is waiting until after the election to announce wholesale amnesty for the nearly 12 million illegals here now as well as another 22 million between now and when he leaves office. The proof is in the order placed by the government for card stock to be used in making work permits for illegal aliens. Check here for the order form. The contract calls for a minimum amount of stock to make four million cards and as many as 34 million over the next five years.

If the plan does as it is supposed to, 13 million illegals will be given work permits over the period of 2015, 2016 and 2017, just as 12 million Americans finish school and begin looking for work. This would be particularly devastating while Obama’s regulatory policies are killing jobs by the millions and driving businesses out of the country. The labor participation rate for current graduates has dropped by three percent since Obama took office.

The procurement document allows for sudden growth in cards produced up to 5 million per year:

“The Contractor shall demonstrate the capability to support potential ‘surge’ in PRC and EAD card demand for up to 9M [nine million] cards during the initial period of performance to support possible future immigration reform initiative requirements.”

Obama makes the claim that he has created 10 million jobs. That is a grossly exaggerated number. According to the Department of Labor, the U.S. workforce when Obama took office was 154,210,000. As of September 2014 there were 155,862,000 in the labor force. When Obama became president, the population was 305 million. Today it’s estimated that the U.S. population is 317 million. So even though we have added 12 million to our population, we have added only 1.625 million jobs. Obama didn’t brag about that.

So, even if we use Obama’s fake numbers of 10 million jobs created, that means he could add 13 million illegals in only two years while he has created just 10 million jobs in six years. When you plug in the real numbers, we see a disaster in the making.

And what will anyone do to stop him? Well, they may huff and puff but no one is going to blow his house down until tens of millions hit the street demanding an end to the Obama monarchy and his removal as president.
