I don't believe there was any Soviet involvement in regards to the JFK assassination. If anything, I believe the Soviet Union would have liked him to live and continue his presidency. There is enough evidence to prove he may have mended relations between the two countries which could have ended the cold war and reduced (or possibly eliminated) nuclear proliferation.

If JFK would have survived... the possibilities of peace and prosperity are endless! But that's not how the story goes, that honorable leadership was stolen from us. So now we find ourselves living in a police state with endless wars under our heels and big brother watching & recording our every move. It really is quite criminal! On this 50 anniversary... I will forever wonder what great achievements JFK would have gave my country (and the world) had they not ruthlessly killed him.

He had a presidential guard to protect him. An US president is not supposed to worry about being killed ... or poisoned by White House cook. It is a systemic failure

@RA -

It's not that he was "naïve." On the contrary, he was a rational, brilliant leader who was blackmailed by Hoover which in turn perched a highly corrupt and murderous VP within his midst. Yes, he did underestimate LBJ and his connections. That does not make him naïve, it was a tactical mistake. If anything... he was an honorable fish swimming in a large sea of ruthless sharks. The odds were always against him. I don't think anyone could have saved him. He did after all go after some of the most powerful entities known to man that plagued -- continue to plague -- our country and humanity.

I wrote

Oswald was CIA before he "defected" to Soviet. Oswald made sure everyone would know he was a "marxist" that did not like US. When he came back after (assignment) they forgot to interogate him according to Garrison (at that time they did not look for Soviet spies??)

"defected" = he did not defect (he was rather a spy)

"marxist" = not a marxist ("marxist" was cover story)

forgot = forgot (instead of waterb.... treatment. Remember how US treats a random collection of people from Afghanistan in Guatenamo, as "terrorists" without legal rights)

"??" = here: highly unlikely

Correct. He was the one who tried to deliver the cancer cocktail to Castro's doctor. A failed U.S. coup. Then Jack Ruby found him useful in another way. The rest is history.

Jack Ruby was both. He was on the CIA payroll and he also had mob connections. He knew Carlos Marcello (the boss of LA) and he also was good friends with some of my family in Morgan City, Louisiana. I don't need the government to release all the documents about JFK, this puzzle is easily assembled if you research the material that's already released and readily available in the public domain. The actual shooters may remain a mystery. I'm sure they were brought in from outside the U.S... and I would bet money (give good odds on this one) they were killed as soon as they returned to their country of origin. If not, I would be very surprised.

Correct. And the descendants of those involved were richly awarded positions of power and wealth. GHWB is one prime example. He worked with LBJ and others and... after serving as a CIA field agent and later appointed as CIA director, both he and his son became President. Thus, both are evil as hell and treasonous for their own crimes against humanity. That's just one example. There are many others...

On another note -- I will always believe GHWB tried the same assassination trick with Ronald Reagan. There's another prime example of a VP being forced upon a hopeful President. Bunch of sick f***s, huh?

Sick f**ks like him are enrolled in the best life extension programs. Shit, he probably has an organ clown hanging in the closet. Yes, when he eventually dies... I'm sure he's a charter member in the flames of Hell. As are the rest of his family. I'm sure Prescott Bush has a pitchfork too. Hey, I wonder if they really shove big pineapples up their butt, like in the movie "Little Nikie?"

One more thing too: Just to show you how gullible the sheeple are. How in the world can anybody ever believe the "magic bullet" theory?? Duh!! That a single Damn bullet passed through the Presidents back, exited his throat, made a right turn, then a left turn, and struck John Connally, the then Governor for the State of Texas near the right armpit. It then traveled through Mr. Connallys chest, exiting below the right nipple, then striking and shattering Governor Connally's wrist, and then embedding itself into the governors thigh.

WTF... want to buy some swampland in Texas??? That's an awful lot of bullshit to swallow in one sitting.

Gerald Posner promoted the magic bullet theory

Gerald Posner (born May 20, 1954) is an American investigative journalist and author of several books, including Case Closed: Lee Harvey Oswald and the Assassination of JFK (1993) which explores the John F. Kennedy assassination, and Killing the Dream: ...
