On today’s News9 of NHK, Mr. Akira Sugaya, the Matsumoto city mayor, who has been involved in medical care in Chernobyl clearly stated, "After all, Tokyo citizens were exposed."

Matsumoto City is 150km NW of Tokyo.

Just received an important e-mail in relation to what Dennis South said about these  twin quakes (WASHINGTON, D.C. & CHEYENNE, COLORADO) were possibly nuclear.

1)  I'm going to say this, and people can believe whatever they wish.  I will speak in certain terms, and you will simply have to read between the lines.  Some of it you will not see, unless you read between the lines.  For those of you who are attacking Libya, you'd better learn to read fast.
There are people--people whom I know personally--who have been praying and performing...spiritual rituals.  One person, about a month ago, directly prayed that the Pentagon would be destroyed.

I urge you to find another form of employment.  It is not for me to sit here and appear arrogant, warning you.  I do not say these things based on arrogance.  I say these things because there is always, at any moment, the possibility that the "respite" that God gives to nations that have become corrupt, will come to an end. 
It certainly is not for me to say when God's patience will come to an end; when His Mercy--even His Mercy upon evil people--will come to an end.  I repeat:  All of you who are pushing buttons, firing machine guns, writing lies, dropping bombs from the sea, commanding aircraft carriers, flying airplanes, spying on Libya through sattelites, or who are involved in any form of war and aggression against Libya that is coming from outside Libya, or that is coming from inside Libya, I warn you to cease and desist.
NATO: Stand down.  Withdraw immediately, before the countries that you represent face death and destruction from Mother Nature.

2) repeat: The God that created everything gives respite, or a chance, for those who are evil to change their evil ways.  His Mercy, though unlimited in His ability to extend that Mercy, does come to an end, when evil nations refuse to heed when the Messengers warn. 
I am not a "capital-M" Messenger.  I'm not anybody.  But there are people who pray, and who's prayers have been answered in a big manner, in the past. 
I repeat: I urge everyone who is involved in using instruments of war and aggression against Libya, no matter what those instruments are, be they propaganda, pushing buttons at the Pentagon, psychological operations, commandeering aircraft carriers, flying airplanes, driving tanks, firing machine guns, or using any instrument of war and aggression, if any kind, against Libya to cease and desist.
The warning is not coming from me.  I am just a tiny little messenger boy.  The warning is coming from the God of Ages who gave similiar warnings in that past, to arrogant civilizations, and who destroyed those civilizations, the ruins of which you can visit, all over the world.
A special word to the countries that that have organized themselves, within NATO, to force yourselves and your desires upon Libya: Take the message of this earthquake in the U.S.
The U.S. is the worse of the evil nations.  It's punishment will come last, from Mother Nature.  But yours: France, Germany, Italy, and whatever other nation is punishing Libya, your punishment may come first.  It is because, you have been warned. 
Read the signs.  Look around you.  Wake up.  Take your hands off of Libya,  forever.  Selah.

Even the sources I am in contact with, all except for one, did not even have the need-to-know basis high enough to know why this happened. Or who was responsible for it!
 
 
MINING FOR INFORMATION
 
So the only thing we know is that the powers that were, as I like to call them, have been putting out stories on the Internet about this event.
 
What they’re actually doing is they are trying to mine for information. They want to find out who knows what.
 
And I am astonished that my own sources lack the knowledge that Benjamin Fulford has been putting out as to who is responsible for this… and why [it was done].
