The ASL 'ILY' sign that was devloped by Helen Keller (blind, deaf occultist ....aieeee! j/k) that resembles the 'mano cornuto/ horned hand' is not the only sign used to symbolise 'love'.
There is an ASL sign where you cross both hands over your heart.
The BSL (British) version is below...cross hands over chest
