WELL WOW.. LMAO  I joined this group by mistake.. but as long as i am here ..i was looking at the discussion on complaints about Obama asking americans to pray or "whatever" .. i am not concerned with obama asking americans to pray maybe he should have said "and for all you lovely people who don't pray to the
cloud guy..  take a moment of silence .. oh wait a minute he did ask for a moment of silence .. if there is no God as you guys think .. what does it harm you if people pray to the sky..

So Amy, do you believe that Muslims, Jews & Hindus will go to hell because they aren't the 'right' religion even thou they believe in a god? You assume I believe in evolution. But I only believe in the parts that can proven with evidence.  It's called a Theory because it would take another 1,000 years to get enough evidence to call it a Law (as in the Law of Gravity). But just because they don't have all the answers doesn't mean that they won't some day.  The evidence will come from genetics. Now that the Neanderthal genome has been completed they now consider them to have been a different race, not a different species.  So much of what they've told us about Neanderthal was wrong.

@Amy, the Christin faith? How about ALL faiths?

Faith seems odd to atheists because atheists are very logical people and don't believe ANYTHING without proof.

The Christian thinks his religion is the true faith and all others are wrong.

The Muslim thinks his religion is the true faith and all others are wrong.

The Jew thinks his religion is the true faith and all others are wrong.

Th Atheist goes only one step further and says that ALL faiths are wrong.
