Just a quick note.  I'm a North American male , 58 yrs oldm who pulled out of mainstream society about 7 yrs ago.  I first tried Panama and 2 yrs later moved to Colombia,  I've legal permanent residence in both Countries.  Colombia is way cool and not anything like what the press says. WASHINGTON–U.S. officials detected the presence of a radioactive isotope in California on Friday that appeared to come from the Fukushima nuclear-power plant in Japan, but the levels they detected were minuscule–far less than a person would normally receive  from the sun, rocks or other natural sources.
