Don't Refuse COVID Vaccine.
Use the Conditional Acceptance instead.
Refusal will put you in dishonor because in Roman Civil Law we are under, your refusal would rise the controversy.

There are two languages used simultaneously, English and Legalize which is lawyers language. Two best examples are:
