America's eugenics program and its tie to Mexico

This may be hard to understand but here is my take on it.

America has been dumbing down our children with drugs. They teach them from a very early age that it is not their fault, and here is the cure. The doctor hands mom a script for some drug that will have a life long impact on the child.
