I have been noticing lately wheres there's smoke...there's no fire anymore. For years I have been a huge fan of leaving a BS MSM story w/ the obligatory Comment of how I either felt about it or dis-proved the usual BS on whatever the subject matter is. Here's some good news for a change:

A federal court in New York just ruled indefinite detention UNCONSTITUTIONAL and issued a permanent injunction against use of that law.  It would have allowed the military to detain civilians -- even Americans -- indefinitely and without trial if they're accused of certain crimes.
