Majority of people won't loose the sleep over requirement to register something. Over our lifetime we register:
Marriages
Children
Houses
Automobiles
Dogs and Cats and some incidentals true to the individual circumstances.
The act of registration involves passing equity value ( actual ownership ) onto the registra and keeping the legal value (care takers.)
